PHOENIX -- There are still great online deals out there but you have to order fast. (I recommend today.)
It’s the last day to order online at Walmart and get free shipping in time for Christmas on your order of $35 or more. (Some items will specify that they will not arrive in time so be sure to read the shipping info carefully.)
I found two great gifts at Walmart they promise will arrive before the big day.
Or check out a Fisher Price Loving Family Dream Dollhouse for just $39.97 shipped (usually $79.97).The same dollhouse is currently $75 at Amazon.
It’s too late to get free super saver shipping from Amazon in time for Christmas, but you can still click here and see if you’re eligible for a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime (free two-day shipping on any sized order). Just be sure to cancel before the end of 30 days if you don’t want to pay the $79 annual Prime fee (though some people swear it’s worth it).
Amazon has a great deal of the day going on. Click here to score up to 60 percent off select jewelry and watches and get free one-day shipping.
Gorgeous Ann Klein watches that are usually up to $95 are on sale for $34.99 shipped in a day. They come with a lifetime warranty!
Movies always make great gifts and I found some hot Blu-ray deals sure to please (prices and availability are always subject to change).
Pick up The Man of Steel Blu-ray combo pack for just $9.99 (a $35.99 value).
If you’re looking for little gifts or stocking stuffers for girls in your life, you might want to head to Claire’s. I found lots of 50-percent off deals.
One is an ornament with three lip glosses for just $2.75. They also had nail polish sets for $2.75, earrings for $2.25, and a great hair bow for $1.75. If you’re already an Alicia’s Deals in AZ reader and were lucky enough to snag one of the 25-percent off coupons I told you about the other day (they’re all out of prints now), you’ll do that much better.
Albertsons has an in with Santa this year! Head over here to get a personalized letter from the man in red for your child for free. The letter is so cute (you can even print off a matching envelope). Even better, at the bottom of your letter you’ll find a code good for a free Redbox rental at Albertsons through the end of the year.
My secret weapon when it comes to wrapping gifts is the dollar store. I never pay more than a buck for bags (some are even two for $1), wrapping paper, bows, etc. I can’t believe how much bags cost at some of the big box stores. Of course I always save the good-looking bags from year to year.
Deals Diva Alicia Markham has one goal -- to help you live life better for less.
"I only post deals I truly love and would buy or participate in myself," she says.
A stay-at-home mom of two, Markham describes herself as frugal and says she is passionate about saving money. She wants to help you hang on to your hard-earned dollars, too.
"I think it's so important to save without sacrificing your quality of life," she says.
Markham's blog won Phoenix Magazine's Best of the Valley recognition in 2011 and 2012.
If there's a deal to be had, Markham will find it and share it with you.
