GOODYEAR -- People in the southwest Valley who've been waiting for the area's first major mall will have to wait a little longer.
Mall developer Westcor wants to delay construction on Estrella Falls Mall in Goodyear by several years.
The company also wants to push back the deadline to finish the mall to at least the end of 2014 or possibly 2016.
Westcor would repay Goodyear $1.3 million in fees to extend the deadline to 2014.
