PHOENIX -- Hawaiian Airlines passengers will soon be able to include iPad minis as part of their in-flight entertainment.
Starting this Sunday, the carrier will offer in-flight rentals on 14 routes between Hawaii and the continental U.S., Asia, and the South Pacific.
The iPad minis will be free for business class travelers on their wide body Boeing 767 flights, and if you're in coach you can reserve one in advance for $15 or in-flight for $17.
The devices will be programmed with 100 hours of recent Hollywood releases and TV shows as well as a variety of games.
While this is a new option for in-flight entertainment, the FAA still bans the use of most electronic devices during takeoff and landing.
