PHOENIX -- The holiday season is rapidly approaching and that means it's time to find that perfect gift. For many it is in the form of a gift card.
But the Consumer Federation of America says many gift-givers are unaware the cards could have expiration dates and monthly fees attached.
That's why the group is stepping up early in the season, making sure to get the word out to as many people as possible.
