Carey and Gary... I am writing you because I need your help! I have an issue with a company by the name of Jefferson Capital LLC who has sold my account to First National Collection Bureau, Inc. They are claiming that I owe them $8,898.68 but have the reduced the amount to $2,669.60, if I make monthly payments of $444.93/mo. The thing is, I don't owe ANY of it. They claim that I owe for a car that I returned to the Camelback Auto back in 2000! I had issues with this dealership, about the car they sold me...so I took them to court. They chose to settle out of court and gave me my money back. I only had the car from December of 99' to April of 2000. I tried explaining that to them and their answer is, it is not their problem. Even though I sent them all the paperwork of my dealings with the Camelback Auto as well as the court papers showing a voluntary discharge on the part of the dearlership. Please help me with this matter, I am a single mother of two and I have zero to spare!

I received a message in my e-mail today, and I am very concerned about the validity of this story, I tried to send it to a freind to have it checked out on snopes.com, but they said that they could not open it. It is a video from you-tube, and I will post the link, but it has to do with a major health concern, that has not been talked about, or even mentioned on the news. If it is not real, I'd like to know, but if it is real, I'd really like to know, why it hasn't been mentioned on the news. Thank you very much, Dutch Robbins.

I was on the Phoenix light rail train the other day when my fingers were caught in the door when the door closed on my hand. I thought that I was holding on to the hand rail. I was unable to remove my hand from the door and had to rider it out to the next stop when the door opens. It hurt for a while. People need to be warned about this.

I have applied for the Home Affordable Modification with Freddie Mac and PNC Bank. I received my workout packet on Monday. My payment before the workout packet was $1580.00 my new affordable payment is $1616.95. When I called in regards to the payment Freddie Mac says theres nothing they can do and send me to PNC where I'm advised there is an error but the retention department at Freddie Mac has to take care of it. For 3 days I have been transfered back and forth til I am disconnected with no results. I have recently went on a leave of absence from my work due to a disability so I needed to update the income status also. Each party is trying to blame the other and giving me no options to get the modification fixed. They also only gave me 10 days to have all the paperwork and payment in and if this is not done that means I want to leave the home and foreclose. I really need some help. I'm trying everything to keep my home.
