ST. LOUIS (AP) — Two siblings of BetOnSports founder Gary Kaplan have been sentenced to 10 months of house arrest.

The sentences for Neil Scott Kaplan and Lori Beth Kaplan-Multz were handed down by a federal judge on Tuesday — one day after Kaplan was sentenced to more than four years in prison and ordered to forfeit $43.6 million.

Kaplan pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy in August for his role in the offshore sports gambling company. His siblings, who had worked for the company, pleaded guilty in June to two conspiracy charges, and agreed to forfeit more than $6 million.

Kaplan's former assistant, Penelope Ann Tucker, was sentenced Tuesday to probation for violation of the federal wire wager act and must forfeit nearly $15,000.
