PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police are rounding up gang members they believe are part of at least 25 burglaries that began earlier this year.
The police department says 15 people were being picked up and booked Thursday for burglary, trafficking in stolen property, assisting in criminal street gangs, money laundering and theft.
The stolen property is estimated at over $140,000. Detectives say the gangs used cash from the burglaries to further their criminal activities.
