YUMA, Ariz. -- A 15-year-old boy faces juvenile charges accusing him of threatening students at his Yuma high school.

According to Yuma police, the boy made statements about hurting himself and other students at Cibola High School on his Facebook page Tuesday night.

Police officers went to the school Wednesday morning and took the teen into custody when he got off the bus.

Sgt. Leanne Worthen said he wasn't carrying any weapons.

Worthen said the boy made admissions to police and was booked into the Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center for disruption of an educational institution and threats.

Police said he will face disciplinary action by the Yuma Union High School District.
