PHOENIX -- Nestled in central Phoenix, the Windsor Square neighborhood is considered one of the first suburbs in the city.
The 260-home neighborhood at Central Avenue and Camelback Road dates back to 1929, and many of the homes are 60 to 75 years old.
The public is invited to take a self-guided tour of 12 historic homes on Sunday at the annual Windsor Square Home Tour.
The event also features a garden, plant societies, a beer garden, fine arts and crafts vendors, live music and food trucks.
The tour and festivities run until 4 p.m.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Orange Drive and Second Street. Children 12 and under are free.
