CAVE CREEK -- The votes are in and it looks like the town of Cave Creek will be getting a Wal-Mart.

By a margin of more than 3-to-1, voters approved propositions 400 and 401, which will re-zone the corner of Carefree Highway and Cave Creek Road to allow commercial development.

Wal-Mart plans to build a supercenter on the site.

The town council supported the measure. They say the town desperately needs the sales-tax revenues.
