SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Scottsdale police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects wanted for questioning in a string of East Valley thefts.

The thefts have occurred at retail clothing stores, yoga studios and tanning salons.

Police said the female suspects have been known to enter employee areas of stores using the excuse of needing to use the restroom. While in the employee area, another suspect steals employees' wallets.

Police said the women then go to other stores, such as CVS, Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens, to charge thousands of dollars of merchandise, mostly baby items, and gift cards.

The suspects are described as two or three black females, 25 to 35 years old, at times wearing camouflage hats. One of the women may be pregnant.

Scottsdale police are working with other East Valley cities that have encountered these suspects.

The suspects' vehicles are described as a 1990s white four-door Chevy Lumina and a mid-2000 black Toyota Avalon.
