PHOENIX -- A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend in Avondale last month was extradited back to Arizona.

Michael Hall, 41, is suspected of shooting Donella Clauschee, 28, in her garage on Nov. 19. She was shot several times while putting her 4-year-old daughter in the car. The child was not injured.

Hall was arrested in Las Vegas the following morning after local police were alerted that he might be in their jurisdiction.

According to court documents, a handgun and ammunition were found in his hotel room and vehicle.

Hall was extradited from Nevada Wednesday night.

He was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of first-degree murder, unlawful use of means of transportation, aggravated assault and endangerment.

He is being held on $1 million cash bond.

Investigators said the couple had domestic violence issues in the past and Clauschee had recently broken up with Hall, the father of her child.
