UNOFFICIAL RESULTS AND VOTER TURNOUT INFORMATION

City of Phoenix Council Election

As of 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 68,231 ballots have been tabulated.

Results:

Council District 2:
Virgel Cain – 4,187 (23.69 percent)
Jim Waring – 13,488 (76.31 percent)

Council District 4:
Jeffrey Brown – 222 (2.12 percent)
Dan Carroll – 564 (5.39 percent)
Scott Fistler – 257 (2.45 percent)
Austin Head – 347 (3.31 percent)
Justin Johnson – 3,629 (34.66 percent)
David Lujan – 2,000 (19.10 percent)
Laura Pastor – 3,452 (32.97 percent)

Council District 6:
Sal DiCiccio – 15,625 (54.38 percent)
Karlene Keogh Parks – 13,106 (45.62 percent)

Council District 8:
Kate Gallego – 5,185 (47.56 percent)
Carolyn T. Lowery – 341 (3.13 percent)
Lawrence A. Robinson – 1,735 (15.91 percent)
Luis F. Rodriguez – 1,302 (11.94 percent)
Warren Stewart – 2,340 (21.46 percent)

Of the 68,231 ballots cast, 67,333 were early ballots. Early ballots dropped off at the 18 voting centers have not been counted; that total number will be available Wednesday, Aug. 28.

Results from the ballots cast today at the city's 18 voting centers will be available at approximately 11 p.m. Tuesday night.
