CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Chandler police are seeking the public's help in identifying two people who have been using credit cards that were stolen from a vehicle in January.
The vehicle burglary was reported Jan. 7 in a parking lot on Germann Road near Loop 202 and Gilbert Road, according to police. Cash was also taken.
Shortly after, the victim reported that the stolen credit cards had been used in transactions throughout Chandler and south Phoenix.
Follow-up investigations uncovered surveillance footage of a man and woman making purchases with the cards at various retail stores, police said.
The man is believed to be white and in his 30s. He has short, dark hair with sideburns and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The woman is described as being white and in her late 20s to early 30s. She has dark brown hair past her shoulders. She was last seen wearing a black short-sleeve top and blue jeans.
Investigators believe the suspects have been driving a silver four-door sedan.
