PHOENIX – Phoenix police are searching for two suspects who robbed a bank at gunpoint Wednesday morning.
Officer James Holmes said two males entered the Arizona Federal Credit Union near Cave Creek and Cactus roads at about 9 a.m., displayed handguns and ordered the employees to the floor.
The suspects were given cash then they fled northbound in a white four-door car.
One suspect is described as a black male, 25 to 35 years old, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, 200 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt black sweatpants and had a red bandanna covering his face.
The other suspect is described as a black male, 25 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue latex gloves and had a brown bandanna covering his face.
The Phoenix Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is urged to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. Callers may remain anonymous and could receive a reward of up to $1,000.
