PHOENIX -- Phoenix Police have arrested the man they believe is responsible for a homicide at a Valley apartment complex.
Francisco Javier Cabrerra-Soto, 25, has been booked into jail on a first-degree murder charge.
Officers responded to a shooting at some apartments in the area of McDowell Road and 32nd Street shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday, according to Sgt. Tommy Thompson.
They found Ismael Cuevas Ante, 34, dead outside an apartment.
On Thursday, police said they were able to identify Cabrerra-Soto as the suspect in the case following a detailed investigation.
