SEATTLE -- If you're in the market for your own private island, Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has a deal for you.
The billionaire is selling Allan Island, located just southwest Anacortes, Washington according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. The 292-acre island features a log home, airstrip, dock, beaches and 44 tax lots.
Allen bought it in 1992 with plans to build a vacation home there. Instead, he built his vacation home on Lopez Island, where he bought 387 acres.
Allen put Allan Island up for sale for $25 million in 2005; it's now listed for $13.5 million.
