SEATTLE -- He hardly got a chance to live in it, so the Mercer Island home of former Seattle SuperSonic Kevin Durant is up for sale.
According to realtor Vija Williams of Keller Williams Realty, Durant bought the home while it was under construction in 2007. He moved in, but soon moved to Oklahoma City when the Sonics left in 2008.
With an asking price of $2.8 million, the nearly 6,000 square foot home has five bedrooms and 5.75 bathrooms. Some of its features include a marble entry foyer, home theater with risers and leather chairs and an automatic generator in case the power goes out.
