A new report from the New York Times says disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong is considering admitting that he was doping during his once celebrated career.
The Times says the seven-time Tour de France winner would admit to using performance-enhancing drugs and blood transfusions in order to persuade antidoping officials into restoring his eligibility so he can continue with his athletic career.
