PHOENIX (AP) -- The number of fatalities from a head-on collision in Phoenix has risen to four with the death of a man who was driving one of the vehicles.

Police identify the dead man as 31-year-old Matthew Dejarnett. He was driving a sedan that collided with a minivan that police say crossed a street's center line Monday morning.

Police say the children killed were siblings all riding in a minivan driven by their 16-year-old brother, who didn't have a license.

The children killed are identified as 4-year-old Dominic Johnson, 5-year-old Mikquan Johnson and 11-year-old Jaymon Hamilton.

The minivan driver and other siblings are hospitalized with injuries described as serious or critical. Police say their investigation continues.
