PHOENIX (AP) -- A man who pleaded guilty to accosting several women in the Phoenix area last year has been sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison.
Maricopa County prosecutors say 23-year-old David Talkington also was sentenced Thursday to lifetime probation.
He pleaded guilty in April to two counts of sexual abuse, kidnapping and indecent exposure.
Talkington lives in an unincorporated area of Maricopa County near Scottsdale.
He was accused in the attempted abduction of a Scottsdale jogger in May 2013 and later of accosting several other women in parking lots.
In one incident, police say Talkington allegedly threatened a woman by saying he'd blow them both up if she didn't show him her breasts.
Police say the woman took down his vehicle's license plate number and identified Talkington in a photo lineup.
