SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Scottsdale bank Friday afternoon.
A man carrying a newspaper and a cup of coffee walked into the Bank of America at Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard about 1 p.m. He gave a teller a note demanding money then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No weapon was seen.
The suspect is described as a white man, 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 to 150 pounds with hair on his chin and a tattoo on the back of his neck.
At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black baseball hat with gray stripes, an earring in his right ear, a black long-sleeve shirt, black pants with a white stripe running down the side of the leg, and black-and-white tennis shoes.
