PHOENIX -- A Valley sex offender who was arrested on child prostitution charges will spend 25 years in prison.
Al O'Neal was also sentenced to be under supervised probation with sex offender terms.
He pleaded guilty to sex trafficking and two counts of attempt to commit child prostitution.
Police said the 32-year-old picked up a 14-year-old girl from a Phoenix apartment. He and 28-year-old Tiffani Burt took her to Las Vegas where she was told to work as a prostitute. The girl reportedly had to bring in a minimum of $200 a night.
Police said a second 15-year-old victim was also rescued. Both were apparently runaways.
