PHOENIX -- A 28-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to two girls in north Phoenix and police are investigating whether he can be linked to other similar incidents.

Justin S. Coyne was arrested Monday morning on two counts of public sexual indecency and two counts of indecent exposure.

Police said Coyne exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl on March 4 and an 11-year-old girl on April 6.

Both girls were approached by a man driving a blue vehicle while they were walking in the area of 32nd Street and Greenway Road, according to Phoenix police Sgt. Trent Crump.

Detectives have seized Coyne's vehicle, which Crump said matches the victims' description.

Investigators are looking at several other cases that have occurred in the same area over the past few weeks to see if they can link them to Coyne.
