PHOENIX -- According to court documents, on May 15 Christopher Jackson and his then-girlfriend went to a baseball game.
Afterwards, Jackson wanted to go dancing, but his girlfriend said she was too tired.
The victim told police she took several pills Jackson had offered her, telling her they would give her energy.
The next thing she remembers is waking up in Jackson's bed in his Chandler home, with pain between her legs.
The victim told police Jackson had branded his initials "C" and "J" on her vagina against her will.
The woman said she was scared of her ex-boyfriend and that's the reason she waited until Aug. 15 to tell police.
A warrant was served and investigators found a branding tool and butane torch in Jackson's house.
He was arrested Sept. 3 for aggravated assault, a class 4 felony.
Jackson has posted a $45,000 bond and awaits another hearing set for Oct.15.
