PHOENIX -- It's looking like a hot and sticky Labor Day for the Valley. Highs this afternoon will top out near 106 degrees under mostly sunny skies. There's a 10 percent chance of afternoon or evening storms, and conditions should stay pretty humid for the next couple of days.
Look for highs near 107 degrees through midweek with a continued slight chance of storms in the desert and a better chance for rain in the high country. Overnight lows will continue to bottom out in the mid to upper 80s in the Valley.
