PHOENIX -- Judge Gary Donahoe is fighting Maricopa County Joe Arpaio, among others, after they accused him of bribery in a federal racketeering lawsuit last year.
Donahoe's attorney, Michel Manning, file a notice of claim on Friday. That's basically the last step before filing a lawsuit. Manning talked to Kaley O'Kelley about the case and what happens next.
Manning said he believes Arpaio and former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas were trying to get revenge after Donahoe made several ruling that negatively impacted them.
While 3TV did request an interview with Arpaio on the issue, he declined to comment.
