PHOENIX – For the second day in a row a suspect in handcuffs escapes from local police.
A man was pulled over in Scottsdale on Tuesday afternoon on a traffic stop. He was put in handcuffs for a traffic violation but then he took off.
Employees inside a nearby building were put on lockdown as the search intensified.
The suspect is still on the loose. He reportedly left his female passenger behind. Police are confident that they will catch up with him soon.
