Map: DUI arrest
GILBERT, Ariz. -- Gilbert Police said they found more than 70 steroid pills inside the vehicle of a DUI suspect.
Early Thursday morning, a Gilbert Police officer attempted to pull over Garland Dale Gray III, 23, in the area of Warner and Higley Roads.
Gray reportedly tried to evade the officer, and eventually stopped his vehicle and fled on foot. He was located and arrested a short time later near the intersection of Megan and Swallow Roads.
Officers searched Gray’s vehicle and found steroids and five fully loaded syringes inside.
He’s now facing charges of DUI, felony flight, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs.
