FLAGSTAFF -- No longer a picture-postcard winter storm, Flagstaff is in the middle of a "snowpocalpyse" this morning.
The snow on the ground is on top of a mixture of ice and water, making it difficult for people to get their cars out. Even Department of Public Safety Officers are having trouble digging out to report for duty.
It's not over yet. Flagstaff is looking at another 1 to 2 feet of snow today, as well as possible rain.
