PHOENIX -- Flagstaff saw its first snow of the season Thursday morning.

Snow totals were around a couple of inches in Northern and parts of Eastern Arizona.

Temperatures will remain chilly but snow should taper off later in the day.

No more rain or snow is expected through the weekend.

After a cold and wet start to the day, the Valley is in for some picture perfect fall days.

A cold front pushed through the state early Thursday morning, bringing light rain and windy weather to most Valley neighborhoods.

By late morning, the front was to our east and blue skies returned.

After morning temperatures in the mid 50s, we'll warm to the low 70s by Thursday afternoon.

No more rain is expected Thursday.

Overnight lows will cool to the upper 40s to upper 50s around town by Friday morning before we warm it up to the upper 70s under abundant sunshine Friday afternoon.

Warm afternoons in the mid 80s are expected this weekend with continued cool mornings.
