PHOENIX -- A Valley man will be spending a few months behind bars for trying to get revenge against his son’s assistant principal.

On Friday, Robert Dale Esparza was sentenced to three months in jail for identity theft and computer tampering.

Esparza became upset with the assistant principal at Gateway Pointe Elementary School after his son’s iPod was confiscated.

Esparza responded by using pictures of the principal to create a fake online profile on a pornographic website.

Along with his jail time, Esparza has also been sentenced to two years of probation.
