PHOENIX -- Want to look well rested without spending a fortune? We found a few eye-opening products that won't break your budget.

When you toss and turn and can't sleep, the eyes don't lie. Lack of sleep is hard to hide, unless you have the right tricks to mask that stress.
Talika's Eye Therapy Patches are the perfect answer. Celebrity makeup artist Zethina told Good Morning Arizona's Kaley O'Kelley that she swears by the product. "I love it," she says. "It's awesome to use, on photo shoots, before weddings."

The effect is noticeable in just a half hour. "You put them on underneath your eyes, and within 30 minutes you see a difference," Zethina says. "It's firm and toned, and the lines are reduced, and the puffiness is reduced."

Another eye-brightening product is the Eye Touch Contour stick. The single dose stick instantly lifts the eye contour, plumps wrinkles and fine lines, reduces signs of fatigue and provides a tightening effect that lasts all day long.

"The wand helps to hide fine lines, and dark circles," Zethina tells us.

You apply it after you've cleansed your face and moisturized.  Then gently apply around the eye contour by rolling the cotton tip from the inner corner outwards. It can even be worn under concealer.

"It also reduces puffiness to help give you a more vibrant and refreshed look," says Zethina.
