TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Tucson police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that left one man wounded.

Police Sgt. Maria Hawke says it began late Saturday after police shut down portions of East Drexel Road and South Park Avenue as they investigated a fatal shooting.

An officer at the roadblock was confronted by the driver of a pickup truck. Hawke says the driver quickly tried to make a U-turn and the officer was seen hanging onto the passenger side door for a few moments.

The officer let go and shot at the truck, hitting it and the driver at least once. The officer was uninjured.

The driver, 36-year-old Ramon Cedeno-Soto, kept authorities at bay for about an hour after running into a nearby mobile home. He was arrested Sunday on one count of endangerment.
