TEMPE, Ariz. -- The cold temperatures haven't sent Arizona State University students determined to be in the front row for Saturday's Pac-12 Championship game scurrying for cover.

3TV's Jill Galus (aka "Chill" Galus) talked to a few of the many students camping out outside Wells Fargo Arena.

They have no intention of letting tonight's freeze warning, which means temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s, deter them.

"We just wear layers," one student said. "I've made it Monday night, Tuesday night, and now Wednesday night. If I've made it that far, I think I'm pretty well prepared for tonight. ... If it gets too cold, we can always put more layers on."

"It's not too bad at nighttime," another student said. "We have three of us in this bed and like 10 blankets. ... We've been dealing."

And when the temperatures to near or even below freezing tonight?

"We might bust out a few more blankets, try to squeeze someone else in our bed. I mean there's not too much more we can do," she said. "I think that we're pretty prepared. We've been out here so long that we're kind of getting to the point where we're used to it."

All of the campers agree that it will be worth it if they get front-row seats to Saturday's sure-to-be-epic game.

The doors to Wells Fargo Arena are open so the students can step inside to warm up for a few minutes and use the restrooms.

Even though it's finals week, many of the students have been there since Monday.

Because student tickets are general admission, wristbands used to guarantee priority seating in Sun Devil Stadium. The wristband distribution begins Saturday at 8:30 a.m., just hours before kickoff.

The Sun Devils have been to the Rose Bowl twice, first in 1987 (a win over Michigan) and most recently in 1997 (a loss to Ohio State). Since 1940, The Devils have made 26 bowl appearances. Their record is 13-12-1. Going into Saturday's game, the Sun Devils are ranked No. 11 to the Cardinal's No. 7.

Kick-off at Sun Devil Stadium is 5:45 p.m.
