The Tempe Police Department is asking for help to identify two burglary suspects.

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Tempe police are asking for help in identifying two burglary suspects.
Between July 22 and July 23, the suspects broke into a residence located in the area of Price Road and Southern Avenue in Tempe, according to police. The suspects stole the victim's 35-inch TV and a Mercury Marquis from the garage. On July 23, the stolen vehicle was seen in the same area with the two suspects inside.
The suspects were followed to a shopping plaza at Southern Avenue and McClintock Drive where they entered a convenience store to purchase cigarettes.
Police said the suspects then drove the vehicle into an alley where the driver lost control and crashed into a wall. No citizens were injured in the crash. The suspects fled on foot as officers arrived on scene and managed to escape capture. Both remain outstanding.
The driver of the stolen vehicle is described as a white male in his 20s, with short dark hair, short beard, mustache, wearing a dark green shirt, blue jeans, and sunglasses or prescription transition glasses.
The passenger is described as a white male in his 20s, with short dark hair, short beard, possible short mustache, wearing a gray tank top and shorts.
Police released surveillance photos on Tuesday.
