TEMPE, Ariz. -- Crews from the Mesa Fire and Medical Department and Tempe Fire Department Technical Rescue Teams recovered a body from a Tempe canal Thursday afternoon.
Authorities responded after receiving a call from a person living in a nearby apartment who thought they saw a body in the canal.
The identity of the body has not yet been made available.
Tempe Police will continue to investigate the case.
