PHOENIX  -- It's Baxter's birthday, but Diamondbacks fans are the ones getting a gift!

Baxter will serve free "Like It" size (5 oz.) samples of "D-backs Dugout Delight" ice cream to fans from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. this Friday at the Cold Stone Creamery location in Tempe Marketplace. The treat features Cake Batter Ice Cream mixed with Butterfinger pieces, Chocolate Chips and Fudge, and is available at 44 Cold Stone Creamery locations across the state of Arizona, as well as the Cold Stone Creamery stand at Chase Field.

In addition to passing out ice cream to help celebrate Baxter's birthday, the D-backs mascot will also invite fans to his birthday bash that will take place at the D-backs game this Sunday.

Baxter's Birthday Bash this Sunday, presented by Smile Generation and Every Kid's Dentist, will feature a celebration alongside several local mascots at Chase Field. On Sunday, Baxter and friends will greet fans at the doors from 11:30-12:00 p.m. and will be introduced prior to first pitch.

All mascots, including Baxter, will sign autographs in the 4th inning at Baxter's Den in the Phoenix Children's Hospital Sandlot, and will take part in a mascot obstacle course in the 6th inning. In addition, the D-backs will give away 5,000 Baxter Ears Baseball Caps to kids.

D-backs President & CEO Derrick Hall (@DHallDbacks) also announced via Twitter that the D-backs are offering free tickets for kids 12 and under to kick off the summer break.

Baxter brought a dose of fun (and silly-string) to the crew on Thursday's Good Morning Arizona to kick off his birthday festivities.
