GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, Ariz. (AP) -- Authorities are searching for an Arizona man who reportedly fell into the Colorado River while on a rafting trip in Grand Canyon National Park.
The National Park Service says it received a phone call from a commercial river trip operator Friday afternoon. The rafting company reported that one passenger was missing.
Authorities say Victor Tseng of Phoenix reportedly fell from a ledge into the river and was not wearing his floatation device at the time.
The 68-year-old man was last seen by members of his party below Havasu Rapids.
Park Service authorities say a missing person investigation is ongoing and a search and rescue operation is being conducted.
