GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Police arrested a pair of would-be burglars inside a Glendale home early Tuesday morning.
It happened shortly before 6 a.m. in the neighborhood north of Missouri Avenue between 71st and 67th avenues.
Police said a resident called 911 to report a break-in at a neighbor's house. The caller told officers that the neighbor was not home.
Police surrounded the house and discovered two suspects inside. Officers arrested the men without incident.
They have been identified as Jason Tso, 30, of Glendale, and Danny Vara, 30, of Phoenix. Both face second-degree burglary charges.
It is not clear if the suspects were aware that the house was empty or if this was a random incident.
