PAYSON, Ariz. -- Following a three-week investigation, Payson police detectives arrested a 94-year-old man for public sexual indecency, aggravated assault and child molestation.
The investigation began after it was alleged that Dale Warren Graham was found in a garage that did not belong to him with a running vacuum cleaner attached to the front of his pants, according to Payson Police Chief Donald Engler.
Investigators determined that Graham had contact with young children and inappropriately touched at least two of them. The potential victims' ages range from 8 to 17.
For the protection of the alleged victims, the police department did not disclose their names or locations of their residences.
Payson police detectives arrested Graham on June 3.
The police department is trying to determine if any other children have had contact with Graham. Anyone with information is asked to call 928-474-5177, ext. 271.
