GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Authorities have arrested a third suspect in a 2006 killing in which the victim's body was found in the trunk of a burning car in Glendale.
Glendale police say 36-year-old Pedro Pineda-Manriquez was taken into custody Tuesday during a traffic stop in Phoenix.
He's being held on suspicion of first-degree murder during a crime and armed robbery with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $250,000.
Pineda-Manriquez had been sought in connection with the death of Edgar Santellanes, whose body was found in the burning car on June 10, 2006.
Two other men already are in custody in the case.
One of those suspects told police that three men including Pineda-Manriquez went to Santellanes' home to rob him of marijuana.
They allegedly put Santellanes in the trunk of the car and set it on fire.
