3 injured after motorcycle, car collide in Scottsdale

PHOENIX -- Three people were injured after a car and motorcycle collided in Scottsdale Friday night.

It occurred at the intersection of 130th Street and Shea Boulevard.

Police said the car was traveling east on Shea Boulevard and tried to make a left turn onto 130th Street when it collided with the westbound motorcycle.

Police were still trying to determine Friday night which vehicle had the right-of-way according to street lights.

The man and woman riding the motorcycle were reportedly transported to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center in serious condition.

The elderly female driver of the car was taken to a hospital for observation.
