Entrant must be 18 years or older and winner must show evidence of a valid driver’s license at the time the prize is claimed. Entrants may enter no more than once each day, and each Official Entry Form must be individually completed, signed and deposited into the official entry box. Void where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is sponsored by KTVK-TV, Arizona-Nevada CJ DAA, and their subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Sponsors").

Official Entry Forms will be available at and during the 2005 Arizona’s Family Women’s Expo at the Phoenix Civic Plaza, Box Office, 111 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85004 from approximately 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, April 9 & 10, 2005. To enter the drawing, an Official Entry Form must be individually and legibly completed by hand and must be signed with the entrant’s full name. Mechanically reproduced copied, illegible, incomplete or unsigned entry forms, 3”x5” cards or other facsimiles will not be accepted. To enter the drawing, a properly completed Official Entry Form must deposited Saturday or Sunday, April 9 & 10, 2005 into one (1) of the two (2) official entry boxes which will be located inside the main entrances of the Phoenix Civic Hall B Exhibition floor and Hall D Exhibition floor no later than 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2005. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes Sponsors anticipate distributing 65,000 entry forms.

One (1) vehicle will be give away. A random drawing of qualified entries will be held to select the Winner of a 2005 2wd Jeep Liberty Sport on Sunday April 10, 2005, between 5 and 6 p.m. The MSRP for a 2005 2wd Jeep Liberty Sport is $22,400. The sweepstakes ends at 5 p.m. on Sunday April 10, 2005. Every reasonable effort will be made to conduct the sweepstakes as scheduled, but weather, acts of God or business necessities of the participating sponsors may cause changes. The drawing will be supervised by Belo Marketing Solutions representatives whose decisions, interpretations and rule modifications, if any are necessary, are final.

The Winner will be announced at the drawing. The Winner need not be present to win. If not present, the Winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail. The Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, which must be returned within fifteen (15) days of notification or an alternate Winner may be selected.

The Sweepstakes Sponsors shall not be responsible for delays in the delivery of the vehicle. The Sweepstakes Sponsors shall use reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the vehicle within ten (10) days after receipt of a fully executed and notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, tax forms and liability/Publicity Release. Arizona law requires the Winner to provide proof of insurance before delivery of vehicle. If the vehicle is not picked up by the Winner within thirty (30) days after the drawing, the vehicle shall be automatically forfeited by the Winner.

Vehicles on display at the Arizona’s Family Women’s Expo are for display purposes only and do not represent the prize awarded. The prize vehicle will be selected by the Sweepstakes Sponsors. No cash substitutions or changes for the vehicle are permitted except, it the designated vehicle is not available, and the Sweepstakes Sponsors may substitute a comparable vehicle of equal or greater value.

Winner shall be responsible for all taxes, license, title, documentation, registration and insurance fees for the vehicle, which must be paid before the delivery of the prize. Sales tax, destination charges, freight, delivery, dealer prep., additional equipment, licensing, registration, insurance, title and all other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner is not eligible for any cash allowance programs. Interior/exterior colors of the vehicle to be determined by Arizona-Nevada CJ DAA. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the Winner for the value of the prize. By entering, you agree your name and entry information may be used for purposes of advertising and trade, except where prohibited by law. By entering the sweepstakes and accepting the prize, Winner agrees that the Sweepstakes Sponsors may use Winner’s name, likeness, entry and additional information concerning the Winner such as address (City and State) in any promotional activities without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The Winner will be required to pick up the vehicle at a location selected by the Sweepstakes Sponsors in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. All travel and transportation costs to pick up the vehicle are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner waives any right to assert as a cost of winning, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to pick up the vehicle and any liability which might arise from the winning, delivery, acceptance, possession and use of the vehicle. By winning and accepting the prize, the Winner hereby agrees to release the Sweepstakes Sponsors, their parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliates, together with their respective employees, officers, directors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability with respect to the vehicle and acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Sponsor have neither made or in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including, but not limited to, quality, mechanical condition of fitness for use. Sweepstakes Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

By submitting a signed entry form, you hereby certify, under penalty of perjury, that you are not subject to backup withholding and you have not been notified by the IRS that you are subject to backup with holding as a result of a failure to report interest or dividends. By winning and accepting the prize, Winner agrees to pay all income taxes resulting from winning.

The following are not eligible to win: (a) employees, temporary employees, independent contractors, interns and agents of the Sweepstakes Sponsors, their subsidiaries, franchisees, service agencies or independent contractors; (b) individuals responsible for or involved with the development or production of Arizona’s Family Women’s Expo or this sweepstakes; and (c) persons who are immediate family members of or who live in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories.

Copies of the rules and the name of the Winner will be available at the Women’s Expo event and KTVK-3TV, 5555 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85013, or by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Women’s Expo Car Sweepstakes Rules (or Winner), at the above address on or before Monday, May 9, 2005. No entries will be returned.
