When you provide new clothing and toys for a child in need, you win a heart. To that child you are a hero and
an angel.
Approximately 50,000 children qualify for the Salvation Army's Christmas Angel Program. Their families all have incomes below the federal poverty level and many have special hardships.
These children look forward to opening presents on Christmas morning, just like other children. But that can only happen for them with your help. And it's easy! You'll find sizes for clothing as well as toy requests for your angel child on the Angel Tag you select for yourself.
Just look for the Christmas Trees as these
participating Malls:
Select an angel of your choice, register with one of our volunteers and then go shopping. Return your gifts by the date listed on the tag so they can be delivered to the child on time. You'll receive a receipt when you return the gifts. Please leave the pleasure of wrapping these gifts for the child’s family. You may include wrapping paper if you wish! Please know that your package may be the only new item your angel receives this Christmas.
Want to be an Angel but don't have time to shop? For the first time ever, you can help the Christmas Angel program by shopping online! Thanks to Shopping A to Z TV, you can purchase gifts for the Salvation Army's "Forgotten Angels" – those are the children whose tags are taken from an Angel tree, but the gifts are not returned. The Salvation Army is committed to making sure every child in the program receives a gift. Click here to shop on line for a Forgotten Angel and your purchase will be shipped directly to the Salvation Army. More Info
