PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. – Ever want to see how an NFL legend lives? Now is your chance to get into the home of NFL star Kurt Warner, whose Paradise Valley home is up for auction.
Architect Edward Chavez designed the 1-acre contemporary estate that is nestled in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Paradise Valley.
The home was originally offered for $5 million, but Concierge Auctions was retained to sell the Arizona home at auction in cooperation with Christine Donnelly of Home Smart International.
Interested buyers can take a shot at owning the home, but they have to be ready to fork over some serious cash.
“We will make an exception for qualified buyers who would like to get a shot at getting this house,” Donnelly said.
The new owners can enjoy the 11,300-square-foot luxury estate that boasts a 24-foot grand foyer, glass and metal staircase as well as an elevator. The home also has a 62-foot lap pool and spa, fountains, and a large play area. But if that is not enough for entertaining an outdoor party, the backyard also features a fireplace, kitchen with bar area, and a cabana.
The home is located at 6712 E. Cheney Drive. The highest bidder will be announced March 15.
