Harvest Festival at Queen Creek Olive Mill

QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. -- Queen Creek Olive Mill is home to more than a dozen varieties of olive trees raised in naturally pesticide-free groves. Hand harvested and then pressed within 24 hours to ensure freshness, QCOM’s gourmet oils are featured at more than 200 local restaurants and bakeries, including some of the Valley’s top resort kitchens.

Yetta Gibson headed out to QCOM get a first-hand look at the pressing and get the lowdown on the Harvest Festival, which runs through Nov. 13.
