PHOENIX -- Car expert Wally Cahill gave "Good Morning! Arizona" viewers an exclusive first look at a unique urban vehicle that's built right here in Arizona.
It might look like a little car, but it's not. With just three wheels, it's actually classified as a motorcycle.
"This is the ultimate golf cart," Cahill said. Except it's enclosed. And air conditioned.
Designed to give drivers "independence from high gas prices," the Urban Car 3 is made by Cave Creek-based Identity Motors USA.
"It's eco-friendly and it's affordable," explained. Alex Joiner Jr., CFO of Identity Motors USA.
While there are a variety of upgrades available, the base model is about $9,000.
"You can't buy a golf cart that cheap," Cahill said.
the Urban Car 3 seats four people and is street legal.
"It rocks," Cahill said.
In addition to the four-door model, there's also a two-door pickup model.
