They all make 1 quart of tea
 
Bright Eyes:
-4 cups of water
-2 bags of chysanthenmum tea
-2 bags of green tea
-4 tablespoons of go ji berries
 
cook for 4 minutes. Add ice, sweeten to taste with stevia.
 
Happy Stomach:
-4 cups of water
-4 tea bags of peppermint tea
 
Cook for 3 minutes, let cool, add ice and
-1 cup of plain coconut water
 
Calm Nerves Tea:
-4 cups of water
-2 bags of green tea
-3 bags of chamomile tea
 
cook for 3 minutes, let cool, add ice
 
Quiet Energy Tea:
-2 cups of water
-2 bags of rasberry tea
-4 tablespoons of go ji berries
 
cook for 3 minutes, let cool, add 1 cup of low-sugar berry juice, 1 cup of plain coconut water
