Red White and Boom!

Enjoy the 2014 Red, White and Boom Ahwatukee Fireworks Festival in comfort!  
This Thursday, get ready for patriotic fun at the Ahwatukee Red, White & Boom Fireworks Festival located at the Ahwatukee Country Club. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the fireworks begin at 9 p.m.
The festival promises to be bigger and better than ever with the addition of water zones, more live entertainment and vendors. Sky divers, patriotic games, a zip line, festive food, fireworks and a live concert by Daisy Train highlight Ahwatukee's 39th annual Red, White & Boom Fireworks Festival on Thursday, July 3, 2014. 
 
Begins at 5 and ends at 9 p.m.

Light up the Sky 
 
Phoenix's Pueblo Grande Museum, 4619 E. Washington St, is making Independence Day a weeklong celebration by offering $4 discounted admission for adults and seniors the entire week of the July 4th holiday. More information is available online at pueblogrande.com or by calling 602-495-0900.
 
The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is making it easy for families to celebrate Independence Day in 2014 with three free public fireworks displays and a holiday week promotion. 
Maryvale Baseball Park, 3600 N. 51st Ave. 
 
This free event features games, information booths, inflatable rides, and a colorful fireworks display that begins at 9:10 p.m.  Food and beverages will be available for purchase. More information is available by calling 602-262-6575.
 
Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix
 
Stay cool this month at Wet 'n' Wild!Valley residents can beat the summer heat Independence weekend at Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix. A delicious BBQ kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Free fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Veterans, members of the active U.S. military as well as first responders (active duty police, fire and EMT) can enjoy the day at Arizona's largest water park for FREE. And, up to six immediate family members will receive half off admission - $19.99 plus tax.
The state's biggest water park, will be open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.
